Lake Forest Estates
Where the quality of life begins
If you're looking for a place of peace and tranquility nestled in the mountains of West Virginia with a private lake, wood trails leading to the Appalachian trail, 1 hour from Dulles International Airport, less than an hour from Baltimore, and 1 1/2 hours from downtown Washington DC, then the community of Lake Forest Estates, Harpers Ferry, West Virginia could be for you.
Lake Forest Estates is a mountain and lake community. We have our own spring fed lake, great for outdoor recreation and a breath of fresh air. We have over 180 acres of forever wild land adjacent to the Appalachian Trail on the Blue Ridge. Our common areas include a spring fed lake, picnic pavilion, pond, our own forest, and miles of trails.
Lake Forest Estates is truly unique. Within an hour from the Northern VA area, you enter and transform into nature's woods of tranquility. Forest, lake, trail hiking, fishing, bird watching, enjoying the breeze or viewing the sun set are all within your own community.
